ICCA Business Exchange

We are happy to inform you that we are organising a Business Exchange (BE) session, open for all members to participate in, which will take place prior to IMEX on Monday 14 May 2018 from 17.00-18.30. Howeverdue to the room size and limited time we can only accept a maximum of 40 participantsWe will work on a first come first served basis. Please note that the first 5 submissions after the registration is full will be placed on a waiting list. We will notify you when you are on the waiting list and update your status once we have passed the deadline.

In order to participate in the BE session you need to propose a lead (meeting) that meets the following criteria:

  • Rotation pattern of the event: World/International. Please note that the list in the online BE form has been configured to only show world/international meetings.
  • Attendance: it must attract at least 300 delegates
  • Annual and Biennial meetings only
  • The event must be listed in the ICCA association database
  • The event must not have taken place more than 2 years ago
  • Make sure that you have inside knowledge about your lead which you obtained by bidding for or with organizing/hosting the meeting, etc.

Please note that we only accept one lead submission per member.

To submit your lead proposal please fill in the online BE form as much possible through this link: Registration is closed as the limit has been reached. 

Please send in your lead no later than 23 April 2018.

Very important - Your presence is required in this session. No-shows may result in your company being excluded in future BE sessions and access to the BE leads in the association database will be withdrawn.
